Hart UHSD Transportation Department offers transportation service to Sierra Vista JHS regular education students who live on Sand Canyon, south of Soledad Canyon Rd., since transportation service is currently unavailable through the City of Santa Clarita Transit. Once you have completed the Google form application, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation of your application. This response will serve as your confirmed seat reservation.
Print and MAIL a copy of the email confirmation. Enclose a check or money order (DO NOT SEND CASH) to: Wm. S. Hart UHSD, Transportation Department, 21380 Centre Pointe Parkway, Santa Clarita, California 91350-2948 (mailing address). OR,
BRING a copy of the email confirmation with your payment (check, money order, or cash), to the Transportation Department at 21429 Centre Pointe Parkway (street address). The Transportation Department is open from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays (except holidays).
